About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing Sales team. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will report to our Head of Revenue, and play a critical role in the success of our sales organization by proactively identifying, creating and working new opportunities. This team works closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams to bring cutting-edge technology to market that solves real-world problems.
This is a hybrid role where you’ll be coming into the office located in New York City 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) and working remotely Monday and Friday.

This role will receive a competitive salary + sales commission + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees located in the below markets may expect offers in the below ranges for this role.
New York City: $100,000 – $125,000 (Base with double OTE)

About the Role
At Loris we know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate meetings with qualified personas at target accounts. This is a critical hire and a successful candidate will have the ability to quickly grow their career by defining and building the sales development program at Loris working closely with the Head of Revenue and Head of Marketing.
As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up meetings for Account Executives. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

The role
We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to help us spread the word about Loris. If you see a database, A/B testing, and web activity as ingredients for your marketing recipe book, this might just be the right role for you. If you’re just looking to execute on someone else’s ideas or aren’t comfortable making the call when you don’t have all the answers, this is probably not the right role for you.
What you’ll do:
Own digital marketing: Create and manage campaigns that spread the Loris message across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels where future Loris customers can find us
Get the most out of paid campaigns: Design, run, and optimize paid search and social campaigns that help the right people discover Loris.ai. Do more of what’s working, less of what’s not, and be able to continuously experiment and improve.
Be our social butterfly: Build our presence on social media and in user communities, and share content that gets people talking. Engage with potential prospects as well as influencers to create a dialog that evokes the Loris brand.
Work smarter with automation: As an AI company, we’re constantly looking for ways to do things easier, faster, and better. You should expect to make AI a big part of your role, whether replacing manual tasks through automation or multiplying your impact.
Track what works: Use analytics tools, spreadsheets, or other tools at your disposal to measure campaign performance and find opportunities for growth. Setup campaigns so you can easily explain what we were trying to do, whether it worked, and why.
Be our events quarterback: Help plan and execute both virtual and in-person events to get Loris in front of the right people, whether in a Las Vegas ballroom or on their laptops. Be able to think through the entire event run up, including communications, logistics, event presence, ways to stand out, and more.
Be comfortable being in the middle of it all: Work closely with our product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align our marketing efforts with company goals
What you’ll bring
3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a track record of driving growth and some immediate ideas/plays to hit the ground running
Hands-on experience with paid search and social media advertising platforms
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.)
Experience with marketing automation platforms and email marketing (Hubspot or similar)
Experience using AI in your current role to automate tasks and/or improve your workflow (not just content generation)
Excellent project management and communication skills
A creative mindset and ability to understand how technical features solve key industry problems
Experience with B2B SaaS and/or in the Customer Experience space a plus
Willingness to master the things you know, learn the things you don’t, and balance asking for guidance with making decisions amid uncertainty
