We are looking for a Senior backend engineer lead who will help steer the technical roadmap, mentor and guide other engineers and help establish a strong engineering team by implementing the best coding practices and promoting clean code and architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing scalable features in python on AWS
  • Working closely with the product and data team to achieve business goals
  • Integrate machine learning models into production and monitor performance of models

  • Mentor and lead junior developers – including code/design reviews, knowledge sharing, tech-talks

Requirements:

  • 7+ Years of hands-on experience as a backend engineer with experience in at least 2 of the following: java/Node.js/python/ROR/.NET
  • Strong knowledge of databases – relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL,etc) and NoSQL (MongoDB, ElasticSearch, etc)
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID and other software engineering concepts
  • Appreciation for clean and well-documented code
  • Familiarity with React JS, Css3, Html5 and JavaScript

Bonus

  • Experience in working with big data tools (ETL processes etc.)

As an Account Executive, you will report to our Director of Sales, collaborate with the Chief Customer Officer, and play a critical role in the success of our sales organization by proactively identifying, nurturing, and creating new opportunities. This team works closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams to bring cutting-edge technology to market that solves real-world problems.

This is a hybrid role where you’ll be coming into the office located in New York City 2-3 days a week and working remotely the other days.

You will spend your time finding new businesses to expand Loris’ presence in all market segments and grow existing accounts. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Own the sales experience while building and managing relationships with decision-makers and executives
  • Run discovery calls, presentations, and product demos while leaning into value selling
  • Prospect for new clients, design product presentations and business cases, develop and deliver proposals, negotiate and close contracts
  • Collaborate with the Loris Customer Success Managers on QBRs for existing accounts and identify opportunities for upsells
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to constantly innovate and build a best-in-class product based on customer interactions
  • Represent our platform to prospects at events such as conferences, seminars, etc.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly-motivated individual to join our Marketing team. The Senior Content Manager at Loris is responsible for owning the message and thought leadership for the organization, creating and implementing new campaigns, and the execution and technology for all content. The Marketing team works closely with stakeholders across the organization including Executive Leadership, Customer Success, Sales, Product and Data Science teams to ensure that our message is delivered successfully, accurately and rapidly.

The individual will be given ample opportunity to define and grow the content function at Loris, partnering with internal teams to develop best practices, processes, message and delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Command of business economics and the relationship between spend, monetization, and ROI
  • Knowledge of segmentation principles and creating targeted messages to drive action
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong stakeholder management
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Hubspot and WordPress
  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience marketing to customer service and/or customer experience personas highly preferred

About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated self-starter who is curious about how to help companies elevate their customer service & support to join our customer experience (CX) team. As a CX manager, this role is responsible for driving high adoption of the software with the end users, and helping the client’s buyers and CX leaders understand and realize the maximum ROI and value with Loris. This team works closely with Product and Engineering to ensure that Loris delivers an excellent user experience. This team also partners closely with Sales to ensure success KPIs are met and with Marketing to share client success stories in the market and with specific potential clients. 

The individual will be given ample opportunity to influence the future of Loris products, as well as how the CX team is structured as it grows, based on client needs.  

About You

  • You have at least 1-2 years of experience in consulting, technology implementations, or B2B SaaS customer success management
  • You have a passion for simplifying cutting edge technology for your client counterparts through demos, feedback sessions, and weekly touchpoints. 
  • You enjoy wielding deep technical expertise of the product and can troubleshoot issues independently, or gather the right level of information before pulling in cross-functional team members. 
  • You like to identify important problems and solutions for clients, and can prioritize your workload based on which tasks will have the largest impact for the business. 
  • You are detail-oriented and can manage client-facing tasks that may shift in priority throughout the week. You may not have been a project manager in title previously, but you can manage yourself and others’ follow-ups effectively.
  • You are able to effectively prepare for and manage meetings both internally and with clients, including but not limited to setting an agenda, identifying required attendees, taking notes, and ensuring action items are completed on time. 
  • You are a team player that everyone wants on their A-team, and work well cross functionally both internally and externally
  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced rapidly evolving team, organization and market

  • Drive initial Loris onboarding with clients, ensuring strong adoption and engagement throughout the client’s lifetime
  • Serve as the Loris subject matter expert (SME) for clients, driving ongoing optimization and roll out of new features
